A graduate of Centennial College's Office Administration – Executive program, she brings several years of experience in business management and office administration. Having first experienced the firm as a client, Bhavna understands the immigration journey firsthand and is dedicated to providing every client with compassionate, organized, and professional support. Fangyu (Faye) Cai is a multilingual Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) with over a decade of professional experience in immigration consulting, translation, journalism, and intercultural communications. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, she is dedicated to helping individuals and families successfully navigate Canada's immigration system.
