LMIA applications
Assessing whether the position qualifies, which stream applies, wage and advertising requirements, and preparing the application.
Recruitment and advertising compliance
Job Bank postings and the recruitment evidence ESDC expects. Advertising errors are one of the most common reasons an LMIA is refused, and they're avoidable.
Work permit applications
Once the LMIA is issued, we handle the worker's application from outside or inside Canada.
LMIA-exempt pathways
Not every hire needs an LMIA. Intra-Company Transfers, CUSMA professionals, and other exemptions can be faster and cheaper. We'll tell you if one applies before you spend on a process you don't need.
Compliance and inspection readiness
Employers who hire foreign workers take on ongoing obligations and can be inspected. We help you keep the records that matter.
Volume recruitment
Structured support for employers hiring several workers across a season or project.
Why employers work with us
- Licensed RCICs. Led by Minerva McCoon McBean, RCIC R712766, regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. Verifiable on the public register.
- We tell you early when a case is weak. A refused LMIA costs you months and a filing fee. We'd rather tell you upfront that a position won't qualify than take the work.
- One point of contact from assessment through to the worker's arrival.
- Multilingual team — English, Mandarin, Cantonese — which matters when you're briefing the worker, not just the employer.

Employer questions
How long does an LMIA take?
Processing times are set by ESDC and vary by stream and province. We give you current estimates for your specific stream on the call.
What does it cost?
There's a government processing fee per position set by ESDC, plus our professional fee, quoted flat and in writing. Some streams are exempt from the government fee.
Do I need an LMIA for every foreign hire?
No. Intra-Company Transfers, CUSMA professionals, and several other categories are LMIA-exempt. Checking this first is one of the more valuable things we do.
Can you help if we've already been refused?
Yes. We review the refusal, identify what went wrong — frequently an advertising or wage issue — and advise on whether to refile.
We're hiring for multiple positions. Can you handle that?
Yes. We work on multi-position recruitment contracts and can structure the process across a hiring season.
