IRCC invites Express Entry candidates in its third draw of Nov.

Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 800 invitations to apply (ITAs) in a French-language proficiency Express Entry draw, with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 478. This is the third draw of the week, following a November 13th draw for 400 candidates under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) program.

This draw comes after Canada’s 2025 Immigration Levels Plan was released, targeting 124,680 Express Entry candidates. Of this, 82,980 admissions will focus on temporary residents already in Canada, primarily from the CEC and Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). The remaining 41,700 admissions will prioritize candidates who can address urgent gaps in sectors like healthcare and trades, or help meet demographic goals for French-speaking immigrants outside Quebec.
